Welcome to the online home of Silver Lining Bullies. We are a small kennel located in South Carolina dedicated to the Bully-Style American Pit Bull Terrier, also known as the American Bully. Formerly a larger operation, we have recently downsized in order to focus more on our love for each of our individual dogs as well as the breed in general, which we have been involved with for nearly fifteen years. All dogs owned by Silver Lining Bullies are our pets first and, as such, they are raised in a family environment and socialized with many other people and dogs.
Through a select few breedings per year, we aim to produce American Pit Bull Terriers/American Bullies of only the highest quality. To accomplish this, our brood dogs are carefully selected from the best strains of the best bloodlines in the world. The primary bloodline that we use in our program is Razors Edge and many of our breedings are 100% Razors Edge blood, although we have been known to outcross to select strains of gottiline, gaff, york, and knowlwood blood in the quest for our ideal bully. This ideal first focuses on temperament as we strive to produce the ideal family companion. Our dogs are of sound and balanced temperament and gladly assume their role in the "pack," always wanting to be close with the family and ready and willing to please, however possible. We also breed for an excellent physical specimen, conforming to ABKC breed standards while possessing heavy frames with substantial, well-muscled builds and thick, chiseled heads.
All of our dogs are registered with the United Kennel Club (UKC) as well as the American Bully Kennel Club (ABKC). We also have each of our dogs dna profiled with the UKC and all puppies bred in-house will be eligible for dna-vip status with the UKC.
